​Mr. Fawaz bin Talal Al-Harbi is a Senior Director with Public Investments Fund “PIF” heading the Finance Business Excellence Department since 2018. He is a member of several boards and committees, mainly Chairman of Halal Products Development Company “HPDC”, as well as a member of audit committees in some companies, including Red Sea Gateway Terminal Company, Saudi-Egyptian Investment Company, and Destinations Development Company. 

Mr. Fawaz Al-Harbi holds Master’s of Business in Finance from the University of Technology, Sydney, Australia and Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals “KFUPM”, Dhahran. He also holds a diploma in Board High Performance from the International Institute of Management (IMD), Switzerland in 2019. 
 
Prior to assuming his current position, Mr. Al-Harbi served as CEO and Board Member of Saudi Gelatin and Capsules Company 2014-2018. His early experiences from 2006 to 2014 started with working as external auditor with Deloitte, then as corporate banker in Saudi Hollande Bank's, and then in the Islamic Development Bank “ISDB”.  
 



The National Water Company (a Saudi joint stock company, wholly owned by the state represented by the Public Investment Fund) was established in 2008, providing water and wastewater services on sound commercial bases in accordance with the international best practices.
